Home page

The home page provides three ways to inquire: gene name, ensembl transcript identification number ,or the HGVSP annotation. The primary tumor site should be selected to provide the clinical classification.

Search page

The search page help to filter and sort available information as shown below. Data may be exported if desired. However, it will only work if the search was initiated by a gene name. The bulk data is available on Github.
